You must properly fill out the appropriate form for your need (people or luggage). Wait to receive the proposal and pay to confirm the booking.
By credit card at the time of booking. According to the destination, only one deposit will be paid. If the fee is declining, the balance will be settled on the day of pick up ( Biarritz airport for example, 20 euro deposit).

We usually get near the tourist office. But if you prefer, I can also drive you to your accommodation for free.
You must make the booking following 1. Then fill out properly the Garaz Igo Label that you will find at the reception of your accomadation, and hang it on your bag. Let the bag at the reception the morning at the agreed time. Garaz Igo will transport it to the next step !
